New Client Consultation, 15 minutes (Online or in-person): FREE

Rates for services for Couples/Family Therapy (online or in-person):
1. 90 minute Couple/Family initial session $300.00
2. 75 minute Couples/Family Follow-up $250.00
3. 60 minute Couples/Family Follow-up $200.00

Rates for services for Individual Therapy (online of in-person):
1. 75 minute initial individual session: $200.00
2. 60 minute Individual Follow-up $160.00
3. 30 minute Individual Follow-up $80.00

Late Cancellation Policy: I require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount of the session will be charged to you unless it is the result of emergency or unforeseen events.

Check with your insurance provider to determine what your plan covers for reimbursement - we do not do direct billing.

You will need to ask your insurance company directly if my services are covered- benefit packages vary, even within the same insurance company. You will need to let them know that I am an RN (Registered Nurse) Psychotherapist registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

As of 2016 you may also claim psychotherapy services as a medical expense for income tax purposes.
